a.Key in "CarbonLib" in the search

bar and click "Search" button.

b.Download the latest version of

CarbonLib.

c.Reboot the computer.

d.Go to the desktop and double click

on the

icon "Ulead Photo Explorer"

to start Ulead Photo Explorer.
